We know that things happen. If your item arrives damaged or defective and in need of return or replacement - just let us know within 10 days of arrival. To be eligible, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No restocking fee or other hidden costs!
Unfortunately we cannot currently accept returns for reasons beyond a damaged or defective item (such as a change of mind) and all returns or replacement claims must be actioned within the 10 day arrival window.
