Shipping policy

Shipping is completely free! Just pay product cost and we'll get it to you as soon as possible. While we've ensured that all items have tracking information so you can keep as up-to-date as possible, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

We spend a lot of time and effort meticulously working with manufacturers and supply chain partners to ensure that most products can reliably arrive anywhere within the continental US inside of 1-2 weeks (if not sooner). However in some instances, such as products with especially high demand or more intricate fixtures, shipping could take a bit longer. In these less likely cases if you don't receive the product within 3-5 weeks please reach out and let us know. 

We also reserve the right to cancel orders to certain, hard-to-reach locations such as Hawaii, Pacific Island, and so on.
